New Student Discount
- New Students receive a 15% discount on their first month when they sign up for a monthly package.

Payment Policy
• For individual lessons, payment is due immediately after the lesson is given.
• For monthly package lessons, payment is due before or at the beginning of each new round.
Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• If proper notice is not given, the full lesson fee will be charged for the missed lesson.
Communication Policy
• Students are allowed one free question outside of lessons to clarify material.
• For detailed questions requiring further explanation, students must either:
• Wait until the next scheduled lesson, or
• Schedule a paid consultation (e.g., $10 for a 10-minute session).
• Excessive calls or messages may result in additional charges.
Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued unless the teacher cancels the lesson.
